Every year on June 24 and some others celebrate it on July 2, World UFO Day is celebrated as an awareness day for people to gather together and watch the skies for unidentified flying objects. It is celebrated on June 24 as on the date that aviator Kenneth Arnold reported, he had seen the first unidentified flying object i.e UFO in the United States of America, while July 2 commemorates the supposed UFO crash on July 2, 1947, Roswell UFO Incident, New Mexico. The Celebration of World UFO Day on July 2 aims to raise awareness of “the undoubted existence of UFOs” and to encourage governments to declassify their files on UFO sightings.
